Rapid Prototyping

What?

Rapid Prototyping is vital during your design phase. Whether it is the look and feel you want to check or a technical requirement, holding your part in your hands makes all the difference.

This is why we offer a wide range of techniques to produce prototypes, such as additive manufacturing (also known as 3D printing), CNC machining, vacuum casting, painting and special coatings.

Why?

Our ‘Loctite 3D’ partnership guarantees the best material solution for additive manufacturing. Thanks to our other prototyping solutions, we always offer the right one for your project. With our in-house finishing techniques, we produce parts that cannot be distinguished from a real, serial product.

How does it work?

You can easily request a quote with our online quotation and ordering system. Since we believe in the power of personal communication, you can also reach us by phone, email or even visit us. This allows us to get to know your project, reflect on the details and requirements and offer you the most competitive solution.

Once we receive the digital file, we’ll have a first look at your project’s parts and structure. Then we check for any potential issues with regard to the material of your choice (e.g., wall thickness, risks) and prepare a quote. Once you give us the green light, we set off.

Which materials can be used?

Not every material is suitable for every production technique. That’s why we take all requirements into account. We consider the number of parts, the material properties needed, technical demands (ESD, shielding, stiffness, etc.) and basic information, including look and feel, to select the right technique and material.

In a world where material development is becoming increasingly important, materials are also evolving quickly, so a shortlist of materials would be difficult to keep up to date.
